OFFICE HOURS
MON, THURS, FRI - 9AM to 3PM TUES & WED - 9AM to 2PM HOWEVER: You must have an appointment to get a pregnancy test and appointments may be made during regular business hours. If you are coming in to get maternity clothes or baby and/or children’s clothes, you must come in between 9AM and 1:30PM. If you did not have your pregnancy test done by us, you must bring a letter of referral with you. The referral should be on a business letterhead and should give us your name, address, telephone number and a general description of what your needs are (ie: maternity clothes or baby or children’s clothes). We do not accept faxes of referral letters. You must come in with your referral in hand. There are a few things that are not available to referral clients, which are available to those who have had their pregnancy test done by us. Those things include a bassinette, crib, formula, diapers and car seats. The only reason for this is that we would not want our own clients to not have these things available to them because we are giving them to other agencies clients. NOTE: We do referral clients because we are blessed with many beautiful donations and are glad to help them out. We simply do not want it to be at the expense of our own clients. Special counseling is done usually after 1:30pm and we may not be able to answer the phones if we do not have a volunteer available for that purpose. If this happens, simply leave a detailed message and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. EVENINGS & WEEKENDS: We are very sorry, but we are not at this time open in the evenings or on the weekends. One day, when we have the trained volunteers who are available to come in then, we will be pleased to offer those additional times.
